Over the years Hyena constantly has been improved with new and extremely useful features. Every now and then I stumbled across a (usually minor) bug and always was amazed how fast somebody would respond to my bug reports and take care of the problem. Unfortunately this has become a rare experience with software vendors.


So I would like to thank you for maintaining this exceptional level of responsive and competent customer service throughout all the years we have been using your product.
