Moving local profile form server to server

hello

Does anyone know how to move local users profiles (not using roaming) from a old terminal server to a new terminal server. (Different name but same domain). Active dir is used and GPO

If I copy the profile over if will just create a diferent profile on logon.

I have loads of settings in the profile from outlook settings to layout etc and I have many users.

any ideas or am I being stupid

It not just a case of copying my doc and favs etc
