We are getting error "Unable to perform the selected action on "usfs05\tsprofiles$\BeckC" The file could not be found.""

We get this when we click "Explore" button under the Terminal Server profile path or the Home Directory.

This is running on a Citrix Terminal server.

What do you have in the Profile Path? Is it:

usfs05\tsprofiles$\BeckC

If so, try changing it to:

\\usfs05\tsprofiles$\BeckC

Sorry, I omitted the "\" by mistake. We do have the "\" in there and have administrative rights to the folder it's pointing to.

For some reason that path is not being found. Go out to the Command Prompt and type in the following to see if you get an error:

dir \\usfs05\tsprofiles$\BeckC

From command prompt that works fine...it listed all his folders.

The better test may be to go to Start->Run and then enter \\usfs05\tsprofiles$\BeckC.

Make sure that these tests are running the same way as you running Hyena. Meaning, if you are in a TS session running Hyena you need to be in a TS session for these tests. If you are running Hyena in a TS session, but running these tests locally on your computer it will change the scenario.
