There are two places where Hyena data is stored:

c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\systemtools\hyena

In the registry under:

hkey_current_user\software\adkins resource\hyena

Copy those over and you should have all of your settings.

Is there anyway I can export my settings if I want to distribute them to my colleagues?

I work in a Citrx enviroment where Hyena is a published program.
