Hyena Newbie - problem with Citrix/Terminal Server

I've followed the directions found in this forum (copying the 3 files to my local directory from the Terminal server) to get access to either our Terminal Server, or to Citrix. I've tried copying the files from both of these machines. Is there supposed to be another tab just for Term.Services?

I'm running Hyena 4.7 Enterprise.

Yes, you should see a Terminal tab under a users properties.

Go to Tools->Settings->User and make sure the box is checked to Show user thin client Terminal Server) information.

If you have this checked and still don't see the Terminal tab, send an email to [email protected] and we'll give you a few other things to test.
