I created a DFS share for home directories since we have Citrix servers at multiple sites and I didn't want home directories mapping all across the WAN. The DFS share was created last week. Now I am trying to use Hyena to modify the users Terminal Server Home directory path to the new sharepath and I get "Unable to complete home directory configuration. Unable to create directory \\ccc\dfs\tshomes$\jimbob". Error=53. The network path was not found.
BUT, if I terminal serve into a domain controller and use AD Users and Computers, it works fine.
My workstation running Hyena is not joined to the Active Directory. I am in an NT 4 domain that has a two way trust with it.
I am able to make this work with our DFS share created for terminal server profile paths, but not the home directories.
