Including the Picture in AD Queries

I have created custom AD Queries and picked the columns I want to display. However, I would like to add the picture for AD user accounts as well, and have added the thumbnailphoto property, but it only displays "?ط?à". Is there a way of displaying the picture in the query output? If not, I am suggesting this as an enhancement request.

The right window wouldn't support displaying a picture, so the only place you would be able to view pictures would be the user properties under the Personal tab.
