Certain user attributes do not appear in report

Hi...I am extracting our service accounts from our service accounts OU and some of the attributes, such as useraccountcontrol, pwd last set and even when created, do not show up for some accounts. Is there anything unusual I should be looking for when examining these accounts to understand why Hyena does not pull and report all attributes? I am running v 7.2

Hyena is displaying what is being handed back from AD, so when you have blank fields that means those fields are either blank or don't exist for those objects. You are using a fairly older version of Hyena at this point, but I don't see any reason why that would make any difference in what AD is reporting.

The best way to verify this, though, would be to use something like ADSI Edit and look at a few of these users to see what it shows for them.

For one of these accounts with missing information, right click on it in Hyena, select Query Active Directory > View All Directory Attributes. This will show all of the information that is in the directory for that particular directory object.
