Incomplete export domain (BDC) user

Dear Sir,

I'm newbie in Hyena.
I found that when I run to export Users from menu Tool --> Run Exporter... The report doesn't contain user from some BDC (I select User Export Option: (1)Domain (PDC) Users (2) Domain (BDC) Users)

My company have ADC1(PDC),ADC2(BDC), ADC3(BDC) and ADC4(BDC). But in the result text file contain only data from ADC1, ADC2 and ADC4. Hyena cannot export user from ADC3. (The Domain Controller list in the left side shows all of DCs)

How's should I do to get a complete result? Have any additional setting fro this case? Help me please.

That uses the older Exporter utility, which gets the computers from the Windows Browse List. Your best solution is to use Exporter Pro instead. You'll select your controllers in Hyena's right-hand window, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects. Click the Settings button, and enable the exports you want to run against those controllers, then click Close and Start Export.

When it is finished you can open the output file with Excel.
