Double-click on the Computers folder, or the Servers folder, or the Domain Controllers folder not on a single computer.

Hi there,
right hand side doesnt show anythin, it is the left hand side listing all servers, computers domains etc. However if i double click on a computer it will expand the computer object but doesnt move the computer to anywhere and i cannot still select more then one computer!! plz help.
Do u have any remote access help where in u can access the machine i have Hyena on and show me what i have to do bcoz what u r saying is not applicable at all for my case.

I thought using Hyena would be much easier than what i am facing!
I want to get system configuration details such as available hard drives, their usage (used and free spaces), OS details, etc. for a number of servers at the same time but i am unable to select more than one machine at the same time! if i highlight one machine and keep pressing on CTRL button and try to select another server then the already selcted server gets de-selected once i click on another server to select it!!!

Plz help asap as my work is so much delayed becuase i was depending on Hyena to get the details but i am facing problems and i get late responses from you.
