NTFS permissions for subdirectories if different from parents permissions

I'm testing Hyena and trying to see if I can generate a report/csv/whatever that starts at the top of a drive and runs through all subdirectories and will list NTFS permissions only for subs that have differing permissions from its parent.

I see how to do NTFS reports, but it's just too much info if you do all of the subs. But for client audits, I need to show any differing permissions.

Hyena doesn't have an option for determining differences. You can experiment with our free DumpSec utility, though.
