I believe that data has to be written back to the file. Exporter Pro does not contain the functions to write that data. I don't think there is any meta data that would change just by reading it.

What data exactly are you referring to, the metadata of the NTFS system, or the metadata in the file itself, ie the File Version table ?

Not sure but I don't see how. Hyena simply reads the ACL of files so it shouldn't affect metadata files at all.

I want to find out if the meta data of the file changes when running a report on File/Directory export in Exporter Pro?
