You can use the OU Filtering Toolbar for this. Once you click on an OU you'll see the toolbar at the bottom. You can click the Group icon, then the Traverse Containers icon. After that double-click on the OU you want.

I would like a report of Groups from a specific OU and it's child OUs whose names meets a certain critera.

The 'certain critiera' is not as important as the Group names as I can sort them later.

I'm drawing a blank. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
