You can right-click on the Computers object and choose Query Active Directory->Computer(Detailed). In the right window the field to look at is Pwd Last Set.

When computers are online they will periodically reset their computer account password with the domain controller. Any that are beyond a normal range should be checked further to determine if they are active or not.
