Exporter registry scan blank

I'm trying to use Exporter pro to dump Installed Software Applications. I modified the template to remove some of the Registry Value Names. Now Exporter reports that it runs successfully but the output file only contains headers and NO data???

Any help would be most appreciated!

Headers and no output is typically a configuration issue. Send a screenshot of your template, and the steps you are taking to run the export, to [email protected].
