Everyone ntfs permissions on shares on servers

Hi there,

What I'm trying to do is find out about any shares on servers in our domain that have got Everyone Full Control in the NTFS permissions.

After following the instructions in built in help files on Exporter Pro this is what I've done so far:

I've put two servers for now into the Object List. Then, I've added Security Access in Enabled Exports. But from there I don't know how to get it to report on 'Everyone' Full Control or even if I got back information on any ntfs permissions containing Everyone group that would be great.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Although your suggestion may have been the best; however I was getting too much information. i.e. I would get subfolders listed even though I was selecting the Scan top-level of path only (no subdirectories) option in Shared Directory Path Properties.

Also, I'm not too familiar with Access with regards to merging the two output files.

So I thought I'd explore just using Hyena and selecting a server at a time. Then selecting the shares of one server and right clicking on View NTFS Security and then Ctrl+P to generate a report. This seems good but I have about 60 or so servers to do this on.

Is there any way of automating this?

There's no way to automate that, which is why we have Exporter Pro since it can go through as many computers as you like.
