Exporting AD Server Objects in non-trusted environment

How do can I export servers in formation from a non-trusted domain. I do have an account on the non trusted domain but my Hyena is loaded on a pc different to that domain.

Try using the Run As feature in Windows, available by right-clicking on Hyena.exe.
