Server Report

I need to export into an excel spreadsheet a custom server report with the following information:

Server Name, OS, Service Pack, IP Address, Browser (Master, Backup, Domain)

You'll have to run a few different reports to get this information, then combine the outputs using Excel or Access to get what you are looking for.
