Exporter Pro has a User Group Membership export you can run to find the group memberships of a selection of users. You can select the OU in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects. Click the Settings button, enable the User Group Membership export under Active Directory(Users,Groups), then run the export.

      Hi
I don't get exactly what I wanted. The report doesn't show me nested group membership. The focus is on nested groups. let's give an example:
      user1 is memberof group1
      group1 is member of group2
now I would like a report showing me that user1 can access share1 (example) by being member of group1 but it can also access share2 by being member of group2 through nested membership

You may be able to get what you are looking for, but approaching it from the group side. On the Group Members export is a Set Options button with an option to Included indirect (nested) group members. You can run that, then using Excel or Access you can get the report the way you want. You can also use Hyena by selecting your groups in Hyena's right-hand window, right-clicking and choosing View Group Members.
