Report for a Users name in the Description Field of Security Groups

How do run a report to search for a specific Users name in the description field of the security groups on the domain. I am looking to see if this particular person is still listed as the owner of the security group within the description field.

If you double-click on the Groups folders, the groups will be displayed in the right-hand window, including Description. You can sort or filter from there.

Yes. Go to the Edit menu and choose Select All, then go back and choose Copy. On the Copy Selected List Window Items dialog choose the Windows Clipboard option and click OK. Open an Excel spreadsheet and choose Edit->Paste.
