User Aging Report

I need to create a User Aging report.

I need:
Creation Date, Last Logon, Last Password Change, Enabled/Disabled.

I tried to export the User Detail report, but I don't know how to add the fields I need.

Click on your domain in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects. Click the Settings button, then double-click on Detailed User under Active Directory. The lower left are the fields that are currently going to export, the lower right are the fields you can add.

Do you know the field name for "Disabled User" ?

Also, can I find out the DC that authenticated the user ?

You can add useraccountcontrol to see disabled users. For the DC information, the only option would be to click the Settings button and choose the option to export attributes from each controller separately. This will list each controller's last logon for each user.
