Is there a way to pull into one report the server, group names, group membership for user in the groups

You should get most of what you are looking for by running a Group Members export in Exporter Pro. To do this you will select the servers you want in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects. Click the Settings button, then double-click on and enable the export for Windows NT/Local Group Members. Run that export and when it is finished you can open the output file with Excel.
