NTFS Permissions on a file share

I need to genreate a report on the NTFS permissions on a given file share. Can Heyna do that?

Right-click on the share in Hyena and choose View NTFS Security.

Is there a way to automate this to do all shares on a server?

Yes, double-click on the Shares object for the server to display all shares in the right window. In the right window you can select multiple objects. Once you have them selected, right-click and choose View NTFS Security.
