Exporter Pro Issue

When I try to use ExporterPro to get a list of the shares and their security, I get Ping Failed in the status column. Or if I remove the Ping Computers Before Attempting Remote Connection option, I get an Unable to retrieve computer information for //ldap:... message.
Any ideas what I've got wrong?
