What permissions do I need?

I want to see what software a computer has on my network...What permissions on the network/local pc do I need minimum?

Using Hyena 7.0...

I'm not sure what permissions you would need exactly, but you need to be able to read from the following registry key:

hkey_local_machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall
