List of all docs in user profiles under My Documents

How can I list just the files in all the users My Documents stores on the desktops? I seem to end up with lots of other directories and info collected.

I don't see a way to do that because My Documents is stored under each user's profile under Documents and Settings. These directories are going to be different for each user, and there would be no way to specify that.

The best you would be able to do is export everything beneath the documents and settings directory.
