Does anyone know how to get a txt/cvs file of all userrights in public folders?

You can view your public folders in Hyena, but security would have to be viewed/managed through Exchange System Manager.

If by security you mean the information on the Security tab on the properties of a public folder, if you display the public folders in Hyena's right window, you can multi-select them, then right click and select List Directory Security from the menu.

Sorry, I assumed too much. The context menu for public folders is disabled when more than one is selected. I've added a Security and List Security options, and these will be available in the upcoming (next week) beta of v6.8
