Re: All User details report in Access

For AD, you can right-click on All Users and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed-General). After that displays you can go to Tools->Generate Report to send the data to Access.

If you need more fields than that query shows you can add them under File->Manage Object View->AD Queries.

i get only the user name ( first and last name ) in the database table. i have set other information in the AD-Query ( Users - detailed general ), but it is the same result.

      thanks

It will send what you see in Hyena's right window. Are you seeing other data in the right window before generating the report? If this is for Active Directory you'll be prompted to enter a table name. Make sure you enter a unique table name.

          here are my steps
it is an OU in a great AD
          - klick to our OU
          - klick to users and see all users with description
          - mark all users and klick tabular view
          and klick user (detailed)
          - i see a lot of details of the users
          - klick tools - generate report and access
open the hyenarpt.mdb and generate a
table ( name of table was test ), but only user names ( first and last name )

          thanks and regards

p.s. it is a trial version, we get our licenses next week ( maybe, reports are not supported in this version )

This might be a delimiter problem. Send a screen shot of what you see in Access to [email protected]. If it is the issue I'm thinking of I'll send you instructions to correct it.
