How to Export my IE Security GPO Settings?

I would like to document all of my custom security settings for internet, local intranet, trusted, and restricted zones that are in one of my GPO's but I don't want to take print screens if I don't have to and I don't want to do all that typing. Is there a way to export those settings? (The way I get there is User settings > Windows Settings > Internet Explorer Maintenance > Security > Security Zones and Content ratings > Import the Current Settings > Modify)

Install GPMC with sp1 on you XP system. Then you can highlight the policy in the left tab and click the settings tab on the right pane. Then you right click on the report and click print.
