Export the members of a specific list of AD security groups?

Is there similar functionality to extract the members of a specific list of AD security groups as there is to extract a specific list of servers from a domain? I would prefer not to export the members of every AD security group through out the domain.

Exporter Pro allows you to import object lists with AD groups in the file. Read through it's help for the format of that file.
