    How would I go about creating a report that displays which accounts were created within a specific date range?

    You can't specify a date range, but you can show the When Created field for all users, and break it down from there manually or using Excel. Right-click on All Users and choose Tabular Views->Users(Detailed-General).

    If you don't see When Created as one of the columns in the right window you can add it by going to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries.

      I don't see Tabular Views|Users (Detailed-General). I see Detailed-Personal, Detailed-Office and Detaild-Contact. The Detailed-General option is actually part of the Listing Views

        Ah, I figured out how to change the Views to Tabular - Detailed-General.
