We would like to do an inventory on machines in our AD domain including the workstation details(processor, ram, hd, servicepack ect). Also within the same report we would like to include the description, location and comment (browse list).Is this possible? If so, could your give me some pointers to create this option.

Unfortunately there's no way to get all of this in one report. The data will come from different locations, therefore needing to create different output files.
You can use Exporter Pro for pretty much anything you need. AD data will come from the Active Directory Computers export, and the other information will most likely come from WMI.
