Is it possible to create a report which tells me where a group has access? To which folders? Maybe even if only read or write access?

For a single computer you can right-click on a share, or selection of shares and choose View NTFS Security. The dialog will give you some options, including a box to enter the name of a user or group that you want to search.

For multiple computers you can use Exporter Pro for this.
