AD2003 SMTP Email Address Info

We recently upgraded our AD and Exchange server to 2003. At the same time, we updated our email domain and email address format. I'm trying to find a way to export the following information to do several database updates.

I need a list of current active users with the WinNT user ID and their current SMTP email address.

Exporter Pro, included in Hyena, can do this for you. Use the Detailed User export under Active Directory(Users,Groups). You can add Exchange attributes to the export, and when finished you can open the output file with Excel.

Thanks ... when I did that I get alot of account information, etc. but it doesn't include the email address.

In the properties for Detailed User you can choose which fields you want and which you don't want. On the right side find and add Mail. You can also change the Attribute Category to Exchange 2000 Attributes, then beneath that you can find and add proxyaddresses to see the other email addresses assigned to each user.

Awesome, that worked. Can you tell me how I can configure the Access reports to view those. I'm currently at 6.6b, but I'm on maintenance and need to download the update, but can't find where to do that at.

You can import the file into a blank Access database and use the Access Reporting Wizard to create a report on it. The supplied database in Hyena is only used when using Generate Report under the Tools menu.
