Use Exporter Pro to get full directory report of local or share drive

I am attempting to use Exporter Pro 1.8.1 to get a tree report of a directory. I'm using the File/Directory tab to add the name of the share, the output filename, and the fields I want reported, but when I go to run the report it creates the output txt file, but all it lists is the column names of the fields I wanted and nothing more. Where am I going wrong? I've tried every possible variation I can think of when providing the source in the File/Directory template I created, but no luck. I've tried using a local directory and also using a shared directoy hosted at another location. Thanks in advance for any help.
