Exporter Pro Upgrade to 2.0

I downloaded and installed the Exporter 2.0 upgrade. Installed it into the same folder as the original, per instructions.

If I start it from within Hyena, and check the version, it says 1.8.2.

If I start it as a stand alone, the version is 2.0.

What do I need to do to integrate the upgrade into Hyena?

I believe Hyena will run stexport.exe from the Hyena directory, so try copying stexport.exe from the directory you installed it in, into your Hyena directory.
