Exporting only Files

Hi everybody,

I would like to export all *.pst-Files on our SAN-Servers.

The problem is, that the export file also has an entry from a directory. So the file contains a lot of unwished entries and I cannot import the file into excel because the lines are too much. If I import a part of this file, I can see, that exporter reports also the directories.

Is it possible to scan all hidden shares on all servers so that I can report all PST-Files without the directories?

Two things to check:

1. Make sure the box is not checked to Output Directory Information only in your template.

2. Make sure you don't have the output field Dir Files(bytes) included. If you do, this will export directory information to show you the sizes of the directories.
