How to see open files on more than one server

1. I can see open files on an individual server. I was wanting to see open files on more servers is that feasible.

2. What is the minimum privilages to have look at open files on a server.
a application developer wants to know who has his MDB file opened.

1. You have to view them one server at a time.

2. I'm not sure on this question, but I would guess you would need to be Server Operator for open files.
