    Actually this file isn't intended to be managed manually. You can use Exporter Pro to make your changes.

    ok here goes: in EP GUI I enable Detailed User and Containers/OU. When opening directoryqueries.cfg in notepad I see this:
    [Detailed User]
    Enabled=1
    ...
    [Containers/OUs]
    Enabled=1
    ...

    If I then close EP and use notepad to edit the .CFG file:
    [Detailed User]
    Enabled=0
    ...
    [Containers/OUs]
    Enabled=1
    ...

    then restart EP I find that Detailed User remains enabled in the GUI whereas I expect it would be disabled.

    Hope that helps?

    Give us more details on what you are setting exactly and what steps you are taking to run the configuration, etc.

    Edits in .CFG file not activated in EP?

    If I use a text editor to edit a customised .CFG file to switch on/off the ENABLED setting then restart EP (v1.8beta'a') the change in the ENABLED setting is not shown in the GUI.
Working...
