I need to run a list of all disabled user accounts for an OU.

Select your users in the right window, then right-click and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed). You should see a column labeled Role, and the disabled users will have DISABLED in that field. You can sort on that column for filter for DISABLED.

If you don't see the Role field after doing this, post back here and I'll give instructions on how to add it.
