You should be able to get what you are looking for from Exporter Pro. The File/Directory export will give you the size of your directories.

You can select the computers you want to check this information for in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects. Click Settings, then configure the File/Directory export. Once you create a template and then run the export you'll look at the Dir Size field for this information.

When you setup your file/directory exporting template, you will probably want to check the "Output Directory Information Only" box, and for your output columns, include "Dir Files (bytes)", and the full directory path.

You can leave the file name filters blank, as the default of *.* is probably what you want.

For the shared directory path, you would probably enter something like "c$\documents and settings" and remember to check the "scan subdirectories" option.

Your resulting output will include the sizes of all files in each directory and subdirectory.
