  • How to schedule an export

I manage the privelidged user accounts on several domains including 2 NT4 domains and 2 AD 2003 domains. I have worked out how to use exporter pro to get the reports I need, last logon, account status etc. but what I need to do is schedule these reports to run once a month. I basically need to be able to script these exports then I can create a scheduled task to run them and write a VB script to collect the Excel files and email them to me. Is there any easy way of doing this?

Exporter Pro runs from the command line with a syntax of:

    stexport.exe /CONFIG=path_to_your_ini

You can put that into a batch file and schedule it with Windows Task Scheduler to run monthly.
