How can I export object security for an AD domain for several thousand User ID's?

Display the users in Hyena's right window, select as many as you want, right click, select Account Functions->List Directory Security. Once the display is shown, Control-A, then Control-C to copy to a text file which you can then paste/import into Excel or Access.

Thanks, that gets me part way there. Can you edit what fields are displayed?

No, you can't edit the fields as there isn't anything else that can be displayed (is available).
