Exporter Pro command line use

We are trying to automate exportation of groups and members information using the command line version of Exporter Pro. We experience a problem which certainly comes from a basic wrong use of the feature : when executing the stexport referencing a .ini file, the command displays an interactive window waiting for us to click on the start button in this window, that is not exactly the automated mode we expected ! Thanks in advance for your help.

We use the following command line :

C:\program~1\hyena\stexport.exe lev-sarbox.ini

Try:

C:\program~1\hyena\stexport.exe /CONFIG=lev-sarbox.ini

Great, it's running with the command line you indicated and ... I realized it's written in the product help documentation. Sorry for that ! But we encouter now another issue : the task is running, generates several records in the resulting files and finally issues a Windows message indicating that the program has generated an error and will be closed. In the events journal, the error appears as an exception c0000005 at adress 00411836 and indicates <no symbols>.

If you run it interactively, do you run into this same issue? What exports are you running?

When run interactively, the job is completed without any error. The requested reports are groups, members, shares and security journals.

Send a copy of your configuration files that you are using for Exporter Pro to [email protected]. We'll see if there is anything we can help with on this.
