Error 997 on Reporting Disk Space

When reporitng on disk space for all the servers in my domain using Exporter (not pro), I get:

Error = 997 on about 50% of the servers. I searched the forum and the help and see no mention of this. Anyone know the meaning?

Are you able to see drive space on these computers using Hyena? What OS do these computers have? Finally, make sure you have sufficient permissions to get this information.

Yes, within Hyena I can get the drive space statistics on the server(s) giving that error. I am a domain admin in the domain, as well as a local administrator on the server (same account). They are running Windows 2000 Server SP4.

Select a few of those servers and use the Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects and see if that is able to get the information.
