Export Registry Information

I'm trying to export registry information related to screen saver settings for the logged on user. I'm able to capture the information on WinXP using the HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop and querying the ScreenSave* keys. However, I am unable to access the HKCU hive in Windows 2000. I can get the default user settings but not current user. Any ideas??

Unfortunately the HKCU can't be exported for remote computers as this isn't support by Windows.

You could load the ntuser.dat hive from the users profile in regedit. The user might have to be logged out tho.
