  • Access List of all users

I'm trying to generate a report that lists all of the folders and shares that users have access to.

In essence I'm trying to ensure that groups are the only unit used (other than system accounts) in our environment. However I would like to be able to generate a report that scans out machines to ensure no individual users have access.

Is there a way to do this? Or something close to it?

Our next version of Exporter Pro (included with Hyena) will have the ability to export NTFS information to a delimited text file. You would have to parse the output, though, because there would be no way to tell it you only wanted to see users.

If you want to see if this will work for you, send a blank email to [email protected] for instructions on the beta program.

How would I go about exporting the information for all computers?

I'm not that familiar with the reporting function, and since this is a beta feature I'm even more lost.

      Thanks in advance.
