Is it possible to run a report that shows creation date of the ID's?

For a 2000/2003 domain, yes. You will need to add WhenCreated to the user queries. To do this go to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries. Click on User(Detailed-General), and then in the lower right change Attribute Category to General Directory Object Attributes. In the window beneath that find When Created, select it, and click the Add button. Click OK to save that, and to run it you will right-click on All Users and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed-General).

Windows NT does not keep track of creation dates for users or anything else. There isn't any place to put it.
