I believe what you will need to do is add a printer on that computer so the drivers can be installed. Then you will be able to add additional printers using Hyena.

The printer is any HP printer. It works fine with Xerox printers. I am trying to add the printer by opening the computer, going to printers, add a printer. I am creating a tcp/ip port, which it allows me to do. Then I try to load the print drivers, the print driver directory is on my pc. It gets all the way to the end and then I receive the following screen. "Print driver not loaded. The specified print monitor is unknown".

When I first loaded Hyena 6.2, I was able to load HP printers on individual pcs. For some reason, I can no longer load the printers. I get the same error I got in previous versions of Hyena, printer monitor not recognized. I checked with my co workers and at least one other person was able to load the printers. Is there possibly a Windows update that may have affected this feature?
