  • Generating a report on end user network printers

I need to generate a report that will tell me what network printer or printers each individual user has installed on there local machine. Any way to do that?

You can see locally attached printers using Exporter Pro's Printers export under Tools->Exporter Pro.

There isn't any easy way to get a user's network printer attachments, as that information is only kept in the registry under hkey_users, so its hard to get to. But like the previous post, you can get local printers by using the export function.

Yes, but is there any way to see Network Printers? I can only see local and I do not need that info.
